Clean room, better than expected. Close to airport, 8-minute drive. Good location for Ducati and shopping mall. Helpful staff, provided taxi app. Good breakfast, friendly reception. Perfect for overnight stay, family room on top floor with stairs. Late-night pizzeria next door. Easy access to airport and A1 highway.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, including calling the taxi in advance. Great location near the airport, with a nearby mall and museum. Spacious family room and comfortable beds. Good breakfast and clean facilities.

Our stay at Unexpected Gem was absolutely delightful. We had planned a visit to the Ducati factory in Bologna and this hotel was conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away. The owner was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room was beautifully appointed with a divine bed, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious and the best surprise was finding some of the best food in Italy right next door. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, friendly staff, and excellent amenities.

The hotel is in need of some renovation as it appears quite old. the shower in our room wasn't working properly, and the noise from the busy street outside was quite disruptive.

This hotel is a real gem, offering great value for money. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and Italian style of the rooms. I loved how the large windows in my room let in plenty of natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The basic amenities provided, including three beds and a children's cot, made it the perfect choice for a family stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel next to a big shop for food was incredibly convenient, allowing me to easily stock up on essentials during my stay. I also appreciated the quiet surroundings of this suburb, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment. Lastly, the breakfast spread offered a good variety of options to start the day off right.
